The sculptural shape gives the piece an weathered or fossilized appearance, with rich earthy tones ranging from rusty orange to deep olive and charcoal brown.
A pseudomorph forms when one mineral gradually replaces another over time while preserving the original structure beneath it. In pieces like this, the result can feel almost unreal. The combination of rough texture, hollow spaces, and glimmering druzy crystal areas gives this piece an especially ancient, almost relic-like presence.
