The sacred relief carving on this Lapis gemstone was inspired by the symbol that appears on the cover of the Chalice Well, a well in Glastonbury England that has been surrounded by legend and lore for thousands of years. That symbolic image contains within it a sacred geometric design called the Vesica Piscis, which consists of two circles of the same size, intersecting such that the center point of each circle lies on the perimeter of the other. Having sacred mathematical importance as well as legendary significance, this beautiful carving is a powerful emblem.
