Shipping policy
- Order Processing:
- Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless there’s a major holiday, or the order is placed on our weekend.
- Because all of our jewelry created by hand, ring sizing can take up to 2 weeks before shipping. Please take this into account when you're ordering gifts! If you need something to be sized more quickly, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
- Our team works diligently from Tuesday to Saturday, sparing Sundays for a well-deserved rest and Mondays for pretending to catch up on emails. 😇
- Just a heads up: if you place your order on a Saturday, it may not ship until Tuesday due to carrier pickup availability. They need weekends, too!

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
- We've partnered with the reliable folks at UPS and USPS to offer you a range of shipping options. When you're checking out, you'll have the option to choose your preferred shipping method.
- If you're in the Los Angeles area, we're more than happy to work with a delivery service for same day delivery. Just give us a shout (888-652-8006 or team@crystalarium.com) before placing your order, and we'll work with you to figure out the details and costs together.
- By default, any order over $200 is shipped with Signature Required. If you would prefer to waive this option please contact us when you place your order. Orders under $200 do not include Signature Requirement, but can be added for a small fee by contacting us before placing your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
- We calculate the shipping rates based on the weight, dimensions, and value of your order, as well as the shipping method you choose. During the checkout process, you'll get a chance to review and select your preferred shipping method, along with the associated costs.
- We do our best to provide rates that are as accurate as possible, however due to the nature of some our products and the policies of the various shipping companies that we work with, the actual cost of shipping may be different than the shipping rate that is added to your order at checkout. While additional charges are rarely necessary, some larger, bulkier, or more precious crystals may require an additional shipping surcharge that will be emailed to you ASAP after purchasing. If you are considering a piece that is large, or expensive, please feel free to reach out before making your purchase and we can provide you with a more accurate estimate.
- Delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method and the destination address. We'll give you some estimates during checkout, but keep in mind they're like a friendly weather forecast—pretty reliable, but surprises can happen along the way. 🌤️

Order Tracking:
- Once your order sets off on its adventure, we'll send you a confirmation email. It's like a message in a bottle, except it contains a tracking number and instructions on how to keep tabs on your package. 🧭
- Smaller items that qualify for Economy flat rate shipping won't come with a tracking number. Don't worry, though, they'll find their way to you, and wow what great savings!

International Shipping:
- We love spreading our treasures across the globe! Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Special Circumstances:
- Our products are as unique as you are, which means some items may have specific shipping requirements due to size, dimensions, or fragility that may affect the cost and/or logistics of shipping them. If your order contains any of these special items, we’ll let you know right away so they can get the VIP treatment they deserve.
- Many of our crystals and minerals are naturally brittle, crumbly, or delicate in texture. As a result, minor shedding, flaking, or small chips may occur during shipping. This is a normal characteristic of these natural materials and does not indicate damage or a defect. We take great care in our packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and in beautiful condition.

All shipping labels are generated using the address that you submit. Please triple check your info before submitting your order! We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or other issues that arise from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can either reship the package at the customer's expense to a corrected address, or process a refund for the order, less a 7% restocking fee so long as the product is in new, sellable condition. If a product is lost due to an incorrect address, failure to sign for or pay necessary customs duties, or destroyed by customs as a result of such an error, we cannot issue a refund - all packages are shipped fully insured, however this insurance does not always cover packages that have been marked Return to Sender. This policy also applies to packages that have gone unclaimed due to customs duties or other issues.
- Issues like this are extremely rare, and we do our best to help you prevent them. In some cases, we may send you a copy of the label for your approval before shipping your package.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable and/or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange the redelivery of your package. If we are unable to reach you within 7 business days, we will refund your order minus shipping and a 7% restocking fee as per our return policy.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please inform the delivery person immediately and ask them to document the damage.
- Please take clear photographs of the damaged package and its contents, and retain all original packing materials as they may be required to file a complete damage claim with the carrier.
- Give us a call or send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package, and share the photos and any relevant information. We'll work with you to figure out the best course of action, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We're committed to making things right for you, whether it's a replacement or a refund for the damaged item(s). We're in this together.
