This large natural Moldavite specimen displays the dramatic sculptural texture and aerodynamic form that have made fine Czech Moldavite so sought after by collectors. Deep olive-green translucency appears along the thinner edges especially when back lit, while the surface is covered in dense natural etching formed as molten material rapidly cooled and solidified after a meteorite impact roughly 15 million years ago.
Unlike many smaller fragments, this piece retains an especially complete and balanced shape with strong dimensional presence from multiple angles. The elongated form and richly textured surface give it a distinctly organic character that feels almost carved despite being entirely natural.
