AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CRYSTALARIUM
The Crystalarium Website is made up of all pages under the domain http://www.crystalarium.com.
The Crystalarium Website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Crystalarium Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
CRYSTALARIUM.COM reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Crystalarium Website is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Crystalarium Website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Crystalarium Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. We accept money orders, personal checks, cashier's checks and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.
We charge a 7% restocking fee for all returns. We do not refund shipping charges.
Returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped. Customer should repack in original or better packing. If damage occurred during shipping, the customer must notify both Crystalarium and the shipper immediately upon receipt. Refunds on damaged items will be processed immediately after the claim with the carrier has been settled.
Returns must be received within 10 days of the customer receiving the shipment. We do not accept returns on Custom made Jewelry Items, rings that have been sized at the customer's request or items in our Sale category.
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call CRYSTALARIUM.COM within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
All products sold by CRYSTALARIUM.COM are sold "as is" to the customer. CRYSTALARIUM.COM does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. CRYSTALARIUM.COM is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. CRYSTALARIUM.COM will not be responsible for your own actions.
