FAQ

1. Sizing of Rings:

We will size a ring up or down as much as 2 sizes at no charge, a nominal charge for greater sizing. The only issue is that we don't accept returns on sized rings so you have to be sure you want to keep it prior to having it sized. You can always order it and then send it back for sizing.

2. Dimensions of Stones in Jewelry:

All of the dimensions on our site is referring to the size of the dominant stone in the piece, not the entire piece.

3. Return Policy:

We will exchange an item on our site of equal or greater value for 14 days after date of purchase. We charge a 7% restocking fee for all returns. We do not refund shipping charges.

Returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped. Customer should repack in original or better packing. If damage occurred during shipping, the customer must notify both Crystalarium and the shipper immediately upon receipt. Refunds on damaged items will be processed immediately after the claim with the carrier has been settled.

Returns must be received within 10 days of the customer receiving the shipment. We do not accept returns on custom-made jewelry, rings that have been sized at the customer's request or on items in our "sale" category.
